ONLINE RELEASE AND FORMS
Please read all forms provided. The Waiver of Liability is mandatory for every trip and by all attendees. Please complete your vacation Payment Plan if you are not paying in full prior to waiver submission. Those participating in cruises or will be taking a flight to their destination must submit their Passenger Information form in addition to the waiver form. If you have any questions regarding your forms, please contact us.
Most bus trips in state and in neighboring states will only require the Waiver of Liability form.
Most vacations, or any trip where part of the travel is by air, will require the Passenger Information form in addition to the Waiver of Liability.
Payment Plans are only required when you wish to sign up for a monthly payment plan on your vacation.
Waiver of liability
You must present a digital or printed copy of your signed waiver
to be permitted on the bus.
If you are unable to show your signed waiver either on your device or as a paper copy, you will not board the bus. You will be emailed a copy of your completed waiver within a few days of waiver submission. Deposits are non-refundable.
Please note: Incomplete signatures will still be accepted by the form, and we will contact you by email after the fact if your signature is rejected. Failure to sign with a full signature reflecting your printed legal name prior to the trip will void your spot on the trip, even if you present your rejected waiver at time of boarding.
